What happens after placing my order?

You will receive an order confirmation to your provided email address. Please check your junk mail if you have trouble finding it in your inbox.

Orders are normally dispatched within 1-3 business days. During peak periods, please allow additional time for dispatch.

What happens if I entered the wrong address?

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email us immediately with the subject line 'URGENT' so we can try to correct it before your order ships. If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional delivery costs may apply.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number when tracking is available. Tracking can take between 2 and 4 business days to update.
